Kasparis Residence provides the venue only. The renter is fully responsible for arranging all aspects of their event, including catering, furniture, decorations, and equipment.

- We can recommend vendors upon request solely for your convenience. However, we are not responsible for the quality of their services
- The venue must be used only for the purpose stated at the time of booking.
- No alterations to the property (e.g., drilling, nailing, or painting) are permitted.
- We reserve the right to request security deposit on specific bookings.
- One of the biggest advantages of Kasparis Residence is that there are no noise restrictions!
- Unlike other venues, we have no nearby neighbors, meaning your event can go on without worrying about volume limits.
- Whether it’s a DJ, live band, or your custom playlist, enjoy uninterrupted music for as long as you like!
- The renter assumes full responsibility for the safety of all guests and vendors during the event.
- Kasparis Residence is not liable for any accidents, injuries, lost or stolen items, or damages occurring during the event.
- The renter is fully responsible for covering the cost of any damages to the property, furnishings, or equipment caused by themselves, their guests, vendors, or any other parties associated with the event or stay.
- The renter is responsible for leaving the venue in its original condition.
- Items cannot be moved from indoors to outdoors and vise versa.
- All decorations, equipment, and waste must be removed by the end of the rental period.
- A cleaning fee of €200 will be charged if the venue is not left in a clean and tidy state.
- Alcohol service must comply with local laws. The renter is responsible for ensuring safe and responsible consumption.
- Fireworks, open flames, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited
