Located in the Larnaca region, Lefkara is actually a cluster of three villages, with Pano Lefkara being the largest. "Pano" means upper, while nearby Kato Lefkara sits just below and can be reached on foot. The village is lively with charming cafés, traditional restaurants, and shops offering local crafts and produce. Just a short drive away is Kato Drys, a peaceful village with stone-built houses, narrow streets, and stunning countryside views

Our min night stay is 4 nights depending on the time of year. For events we require a min night stay of 3 nights.
Breakfast for the first few days is included in our prices. Upon arrival, you’ll find the fridge stocked with a generous selection of groceries—fresh milk, juice, eggs, fresh bread, cheese, cold cuts, cereal, and more—enough to enjoy breakfast for the first few days of your stay, and not having to rush to the supermarket
We accept bank transfers. We also accept payment via Revolut and/or Quick Pay. The details will be provided during the booking process.
We require 10% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance is due on arrival
For cancellations made 30 or more days before arrival, we offer a refund of the 10% downpayment. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We are happy to accommodate earlier check-ins or later check-outs when possible—please let us know in advance
Yes, we provide fresh bed linens and towels for all guests, including pool towels.
The villa has parking for 5 cars. If you need more, please let us know in advance.
The nearest supermarket is a 5 minute drive to the village of Pano Lefkara and a 10 minute drive to Skarinou with a big supermarket AlphaMega. We can also help with grocery shopping in advance.
Yes, pets are welcome. Please let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure everything is ready for your stay.
